With the V- grates to either side and the Brasero centered along the back, you are able to create an ember pit for Rescoldo-style* cooking. The grates and Brasero can easily be removed to utilize the entire firebox as a large roasting pit. Our Patagonia Asado Cross (sold separately) can be used on the table with Brasero to the side. Add roasting hooks for even more options. 

Standard Asado table includes:

• 2 - 10" x 20" freestanding V-grates

• 2 - Drip Pans

• 1 - Freestanding Brasero (fire basket)

• Fire brick lined firebox

• Stainless steel construction

• Stainless steel casters

The 600 Asado table can also accommodate the Urban Asado 600 drop-in with brasero (sold separately).
