CONSTRUCTION OF GRILL
Our grills are built to last from the highest quality materials available. Your grill will be built to order and constructed from American made 304 stainless steel. Your grill (and cart) will be welded together, not assembled with screws or bolted together, to ensure superior strength and quality. Once completed, your grill will be shipped fully assembled and ready for use. (Once packing material is removed.)
Attention to detail
We take great pride in creating a grill that you will love to look at almost as much as you will love using. Your new grill will go through a multi-stage finish process to remove burn marks from the welding process in addition to establishing a showroom finish.
WARRANTY (Residential Units only)
All fabricated stainless steel components are warrantied against structural deterioration, rust through, or burn through, as a result of defects in material or craftsmanship for a period of 5 years. Heat discoloration of stainless steel is a natural reaction and is not covered under warranty. Surface rust can result from acid rain or other environmental contaminants and is not covered.
Fire bricks, when included, are not covered under warranty. Cracking may occur during shipping, but does not affect the performance of the fire brick.
Casters, when included, are not covered under warranty.
PRODUCTION TIMELINE
The Covid-19 Pandemic has impacted our fabrication schedule. Most grill orders will be completed within 5 - 7 weeks from the date of order. Our Ultimate Tandem grills, and custom orders, may take longer than 7 weeks.
Most orders are ready to ship within 4 - 5 weeks from order date. Unforeseen delays can occur. Custom orders and design modifications are welcomed but may take longer.
Shipping
We ship via LTL carriers for most grill and Asado Cross orders within the lower 48 states. Shipping for orders outside of the contiguous USA is also available.

Shipping options are only available for the contiguous United States. Some restrictions apply. Lift gate and special delivery instructions will result in additional fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Contact us to quote shipping to your destination. Duties, taxes, and Customs fees, as well as any additional fees, are typically not included in the shipping quotes
Packaging
We want to make sure your new grill arrives in perfect condition. Therefore, we carefully pack and crate our grills fully assembled before shipping through common carriers. This provides more protection than open shipping on a pallet.
Caring for your new grill
Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, not impervious to rust. Salt air and sea spray will cause surface rust without proper care of the grills. Cleaning your grill regularly will help prevent surface contamination. Only use Stainless steel grill brushes or stainless steel wool with citrus based, or organic cleaners on stainless steel grates. Regular steel wool and brushes can embed mild steel on the surface which can cause rust. Bar Keepers Friend works well to remove most discoloration and stains. Avoid pouring water on a hot grill.
Changes/ Cancellation
Our grills are handcrafted to order. Any changes or cancellations to grill orders must be submitted via email: info@urbanasado.com; within 72 hours of order being placed.
Refunds/ Exchanges
Our grills are handcrafted, as ordered, with dedication to detail and accuracy. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after 72 hours of the order being placed. Authorized refunds are subject to 5% processing fee.
